Singhal - Jt. Managing Director |
| | | Mr.
Rajat Singhal received his MA in Finance from Columbia University, New York. He
also holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics (Honors) from Brandeis University
and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from UC. Berkeley. Prior to his
appointment at HHCL., Mr. Singhal has worked at Merrill Lynch and Macquarie Securities
as an Investment Banking and Private Equity Analyst. He brings to the team a host
of International exposure having worked on major deals such as Equity Office Property’s
buyout by Blackstone, Macquarie’s deals such as Equity Office Property’s buyout
by Blackstone, Macquarie’s buyout of Puget Sound Energy and Debt refinancing for
Xcel Energy and Level 3.
At Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd., Mr.Singhal looks
after the overall functioning of the Bird Management, Infrastructure Development
and Pest control Divisions. He was instrumental in finalization of the Joint Venture
with Phoenix Agritech, Wood stream Corp and DTP Sales. |

Ankit Singhal received his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Family managed Business
from SP Jain University, Mumbai. He also holds a B.Com from Sri Ram College of
Commerce. Additionally, Mr. Singhal has a Diploma in International and Foreign
Trade from India Institute of Foreign Trade. Mr.Singhal began his carrier
at HHCL and worked as Head, New Products Development. He was instrumental in the
introduction of Poly Carbonate Spikes in India. Currently, Mr.Singhal looks after
Government and Industrial Marketing and Export Orders. Mr.Singhal also handles
the production units of the company at Jammu and Sohna. |

Dr.S.M.Satheesan, is India's leading Bird/Animal Aircraft strike Hazard (BASH)
Management Expert and an authority on the subject with a doctorate in field Ornithology-Bird
Hazards at Aerodromes and Pariah kite, Milvus migrans govinda, as a problem bird
at some Indian Aerodromes-Taken from University of Bombay in 1992 while working
with Bombay Natural History Society. Mumbai under late Dr.Salim Ali, the greatest
Ornithologist India has ever produced so far.
Dr.S.M.Satheesan is the
Technical Director(Bird Management Division) in India at Hughes & Hughes Chem
Ltd,, New Delhi. Dr. Satheesan had been employed by GMR-DIAL as Expert Ornithology
to contail bird and animal menace to aircraft at IGI Airport from November 2006
to June 2009as a consultant in BASHM from July to Oct.2009 during with period
(three years) bird strike rate at Delhi Airport was drastically reduced from 2.09
to 1.57, a definite verifiable achievement by any yardstick.
He ha identified
about 77 species of birds and 3 species of bats from about 612 remains from aerodromes
(civil and military) al over India by the Bombay Natural History Society where
he had started his carrier.
Dr.Satheesan's work on BASHM is known to AAI,
DGAA, Indian Navy, BNHS, and CSE in Indian as well as ICAO, BSCE, Joint US and
Canada BSC, Raptor Research foundation, USA and Endangered Wildlife Trust, South
Africa abroad |

| | | Mr.R.L.Nathani
is the Technical Director (Infrastructure Development) of the company.
Prior
to joining Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd., Mr.Nathani has worked with CPWD, where he
was instrumental in Planning and execution of various Building & Road works in
Delhi, Amritsar, Kotkapura and Katmandu. His works include construction of office
Buildings, Godowns, Technical Buildings, Multi-Story Buildings and Hospitals.
He was later posted on deputation to Central Vigilance Commission as a Technical
Examiner, where he inspected over 62 Organizations.
After retirement he
has been involved in various projects related to Schools, Airports, Stadiums and
Multi-Story Buildings. |
